Whitney R. Warthan

licensed marriage family therapist

Whitney Warthan, LMFT

Whitney is passionate about helping individuals and families find healing, hope, and wholeness. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, she works with individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, women’s issues, or faith-related concerns.

With a warm and down-to-earth approach, Whitney creates a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged. She blends clinical expertise with genuine compassion, using humor and insight to walk alongside clients as they pursue meaningful, lasting change.

As a follower of Jesus, Whitney believes deeply in the healing power of both faith and therapy. Her heart is to point people toward freedom—believing that sometimes we need both a good therapist and a Savior. She welcomes clients from all walks of life, honoring their unique stories and spiritual journeys.

Outside the counseling room, Whitney finds joy in spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their two golden retrievers. She enjoys swimming, hiking, baking, and getting lost in a good book—especially when it’s a slow Saturday surrounded by the people (and pups) she loves most.

Mindy Heller

Licensed marriage & family therapist associate

Mindy is deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside people through the good, the hard, and everything in between. She believes the therapy space should be a place where clients can bring the difficult and even the darkest parts of their story—and know they are not alone. With gentleness and care, Mindy joins her clients in bringing light and hope to the hidden corners of their lives. Her heart is to help people feel seen, supported, and more equipped to live their lives with greater freedom and fullness.

Mindy is trained in EMDR and offers a trauma-informed approach that integrates both empathy and practical tools for healing.

She has been married to her husband, Scott, for 20 years, and together they have two teenage children. As a family, they enjoy time in nature, relaxing around campfires, and loving on their goldendoodle, Gracie.

Mindy is currently under the supervision of Whitney Warthan, MA, LMFT.
